Shipping

Every item is made to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then US shipping takes about 3–7 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only. Flat-rate shipping is $7.99 per order, free on orders of $100 or more. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size — please check the size chart for the blank (Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan 18500 hoodies). If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email hank@hankelsner.tech within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund.

Terms

Prices are in USD. By placing an order you agree that items are produced on demand and that mockup images are representations — actual print placement and colors may vary slightly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. BAE — Bitch Ass Ears designs are original artwork; all rights reserved.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, email and phone. This is shared with Stripe (payment) and our print-on-demand partner (production and shipping) and nothing else. We don't sell your data. Questions or deletion requests: hank@hankelsner.tech.
